Shipping Policy

Phénix ECO (Phoenix Trade LLC) ships products that are made-to-order (print-on-demand) through our fulfillment partners. Shipping times may vary depending on the product type, destination, and carrier conditions.

1) Processing Time (Production)

Most items are produced and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days.
Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or for high-demand products.

2) Shipping Time (Delivery)

Delivery time depends on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout. Shipping estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

3) Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Product type
  • Package weight/size

4) Tracking

When available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

5) Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

6) Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or because it was not claimed:

  • Reshipment may be possible at the customer’s expense.
  • No refunds are issued for returned packages due to incorrect address or unclaimed delivery.

7) Lost Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors/building management and the carrier. If the package is lost in transit, contact us and we will review the case under our Return & Refund Policy.
