Phénix ECO (Phoenix Trade LLC) sells items that are made-to-order (print-on-demand). For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse.
1) Eligible Issues We Cover
We will replace or refund items if any of the following occurs:
- Damaged product
- Defective product
- Misprint / poor print quality
- Wrong item received
- Order lost in transit
2) Claim Timeframe
- For damaged/defective/misprinted/wrong items, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- For packages lost in transit, you must contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
3) How to Submit a Claim
Email us at contact@phenixeco.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos (for damage/print issues)
- A brief description of the problem
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or a refund (depending on the situation).
4) Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages
If an address is entered incorrectly or a package is not claimed and is returned:
- The customer is responsible for reshipment costs (if reshipping is possible).
- No refunds are issued for orders returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed delivery.
5) Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Wrong size / change of mind
- Customized or personalized items
- Any item that is not eligible under the conditions above
